The entire system of Usama Textile Ltd. is operated under certain SLA, SOP, Policies, and Rules & Regulations. All the activities documented properly. It has also created a knowledge sharing platform for all through training culture.
The company has its quality management system (QMS) policy to comply with the requirement of ISO 9001 in every phase of manufacturing and Quality assurance. The implementation of the policies is reviewed from time to time through internal & external auditing.
There is an organogram set in the organization which assures perfect implementation of every command from top to bottom. Each has a specific task, reporting channel which assures functional excellence. The company has also implemented a software system for bringing better internal control. Usama Textile Ltd. undertakes appropriate review, evaluations and performance measurement of its operation to ensure compliance with the
quality policy and continual improvement of the Quality Management System.

Code of Conduct
Employment Policy
At Usama Textile Ltd. Any employment, allowance or promotion of the job is considered only in the measurement of his eligibility and believes in this principle.
From the time of joining the work, an employee has been ensured on the basis of the government determined minimum wage scale and after passing eligibility criteria, he/she has been recruited as permanent.
Under the Labor Act, workers are terminated.
Environment, Health & Safety Policy
Usama Textile Ltd. is working according to the principles of health, safety and environment to maintain a healthy working condition. The organization has security and primary medical committees and provides free personal safety equipment and primary medical equipment.
There are a trained firefighting team and adequate fire-fighting equipment and measures to ensure the organization’s safety.
Force Labor Policy
Usama Textile Ltd. Does not believe in any kind of forced labor and does not employ any kind of pledged or bounden workers.
No Discrimination Policy
Usama Textile Ltd. does not discriminate on the basis of any religion, caste, clan, woman, man, married, unmarried, age, social and political ideology, etc. at work.
Child Labor Policy
Usama Textile Ltd. Does not support the employment of any kind of child and adolescent (if necessary, can be employed as a teenager working as per labor law and rules). For this, no worker is employed without certifying the age of them by certificates and certified doctors.
Working Hour Policy
There are two shifts of eight hours each at Usama Textile Ltd., which includes a maximum of two hours of overtime when required. In this case, the workers’ are provided with overtime and breaks with wages (when applicable).
Harassment Policy
Usama Textile Ltd. does not discriminate on the basis of any religion, caste, clan, woman, man, married, unmarried, age, social and political ideology, etc. at work.
Freedom of Association
Since Usama Textile Ltd. Believes in freedom of association to meet workers’ problems and needs, therefore, elected labor participation committee (WPC) is implemented in Taipei Bangla Fabrics Ltd.
