Testing Facilities

Color fastness test
There are different kind of fastness in different condition some of
them are Crocking, Color fastness to light, Color fastness to laundering, Colorfastness
to perspiration, Color fastness to water, Colorfastness to sea water
Construction test
Construction of fabric is based on yarn standard and weaving
quality. Following two kinds of tests are important to know the construction and
characteristics of fabrics; Yarn quality and count test & Weight test.
Performance tests
Dimensional changes in fabrics and snagging resistance of fabrics
come under this test. It is comprised of Shrinkage / dimensional test,
snagging resistance test, Abrasion resistance test & Pilling resistance
Strength and stretch test
The following kinds of tests are normally done in this
category: Tear resistance, Seam slippage, Strength test, and Stretch and growth test
